What does conference abstract management software cost? The nine published prices
Of the twenty-four vendors we assessed, nine publish a price on their own website. Published prices for conference abstract management and program software run from free tiers for small events to about $18,000 a year for broad event platforms, with the abstract specialists mostly between $900 and $8,000 a year. The nine are below, then what each one covers, then the fourteen that carried no price on the day we looked.

Per-event and per-year prices are not directly comparable: a society running one annual meeting pays a per-event price once, a society running a spring symposium and an autumn congress pays it twice. Where a vendor publishes both, both are shown.
What each price covers
Read from each vendor’s own documentation. Documented means shipped and described on their site; Partial means described but narrower than the column implies; Not documented means we could not find it on their site, which is not the same as saying it does not exist. Ask the vendor.

Reading the range
Two bands fall out of the table. Products built around the call for abstracts and peer review — the abstract specialists — publish prices between roughly $900 and $8,000 a year, with per-event options below that. Products built as broad event platforms, where abstracts are one module among registration, marketing and the attendee app, publish prices between roughly $9,000 and $18,000 a year. The published price is the license: ask every vendor, including the ones above, whether implementation or annual setup is charged on top, because a published license figure can be a fraction of the year-one total when it is.
The fourteen that publish no price
On 20 August 2026, the following assessed vendors carried no price for this kind of product on their own websites. That is the whole of the claim: their pricing is by quotation. Figures for these vendors that circulate on review directories and procurement sites are third-party and are not used here.

The band counts everything a program committee handles in a year — every abstract that arrives, including the ones rejected, and every session proposal — and does not count delegates, reviewers, staff seats, emails, files, screens or rooms.
